What routers can I use for EasyHotspot nano?
We support all kinds of routers that can run DD-WRT and CoovaAP firmware (for example recommend Linksys WRT54GL). You can see a list of compatible DD-WRT routers here (routers that only can run mini and micro versions of DD-WRT are not supported). We also support Mikrotik routers, you and configure it to use with EasyHotspot nano.
How much does it cost?
It is absolutely free to create an account and start managing your Hotspot with EasyHotspot nano, we charge based on the usage of vouchers, we give you the option to buy additional voucher credits only if you need to. See Pricing for more details.
What are Voucher Credits?
Voucher Credits are the amount of new vouchers that you can create, they are used when you want to create new vouchers. For example when you create a postpaid or a prepaid voucher, your voucher credits will be reduced by 1. If you want to create 50 vouchers you will need to have 50 voucher credits in your account. You can purchase more voucher credits to create more vouchers from the credits page on your manage page.
What does the free plan include?
The free plan includes everything, there are no limited functionalities if you use the free plan. We will also give you 20 free voucher credits for every month (free voucher credits are not accumulative).
Is there a monthly fee?
We don’t charge you on a monthly basis, we charge you based on your usage. so we grow together 
What language do you support?
Right now our default language is English but you can choose you language on your settings menu. Can’t find language your language? Please contact us, so that we can help you get your language there.
How can I charge for hotspot usage?
We try to make it as flexible as possible. In other words it’s totally up to you. Charge for postpaid vouchers per time or usage basis, and you can charge whatever you like for prepaid vouchers or you can also give them for free.
How much do I get from charging customers to use my hotspot?
For Prepaid or Postpaid vouchers you get 100% of your revenue. You can purchase additional voucher credits and turn it in to even more cash. For Credit Card vouchers the profit sharing plan is 80-20, you keep 80% of the revenues and we receive 20% (we pay all of the credit card fee’s from our share)
How many hotspots can I manage for EHS nano?
You can manage as many hotspots as you want with EasyHotspot nano.
How many users can connect to my Hotspot?
EasyHotspot nano doesn’t limit the amount of users connecting to a Hotspot, but it depends on the hardware you are using for the Hotspot. For example one Linksys WRT54GL can support approximately up to 25 users simultaneously.
Does EasyHotspot nano provide the Internet Connection?
No, we only provide the software to manage your hotspots, for Internet connection you can use your local cable, ADSL or other Internet Service Provider.
