Responsibility of Hotspot Ownership

All hotspots, postpaid and prepaid plans, postpaid and prepaid vouchers and any other content that you operate under your account is the sole responsibility of you as the account owner.

EasyHotspot nano doesn’t provide the Internet connection to be used for providing Internet access to the hotspots that you operate. EasyHotspot nano is not responsible for porblems regarding Internet conectivity problems from your Internet Service Provider (ISP).

You as the Hotspot provider are responsible to provide, supply and maintain all of the hardware or equipment used to create your hotspot, including and not limited to, modem and wireless router devices. You are responsible to use hardware and devices that are compatible with EasyHotspot nano hotspots. EasyHotspot nano makes no warranty that the system or software will work on all hardware device or computer system.

EasyHotspot nano is not responsible for damage or destruction to any hardware, computer system, devcie, equipment, data, information or property used for providing EasyHotspot nano Hotspots. EasyHotspot nano is not responsible to damages, injuries resulted directly or indirectly to installation or implementation for hardware devices for your Hotspots.

You acknowledge that EasyHotspot nano has the capabilities and the rights at all times to access your account information and the information regarding your Hotspots and users who access your Hotspots for various purposes such as but no limited to promotion, statistics and technical information . You hereby agree and give consent to EasyHotspot nano to access you account and the information regarding your account.

Responsibility of Hotspot Usage

EasyHotspot nano has not reviewed, and cannot review, all of the content, including computer software, being access through your Hotspot, and cannot therefore be responsible for that content, use or effects.

You are responsible for taking precautions as necessary to protect yourself, your Hotpsot and the users connected to your Hotspot from viruses, worms, Trojan horses, and other harmful or destructive content. The content being access by users from your Hotspot may contain content that is offensive, indecent, material that violates the privacy or publicity rights, or infringes the intellectual property and other proprietary rights, of third parties, or the downloading, copying or use of which is subject to additional terms and conditions, stated or unstated. EasyHotspot nano disclaims any responsibility for any harm resulting from the use of the Hotspot.

EasyHotspot nano does not guarantee that the user who connects your Hotspot will be able to use the system successfully accordingly to meet your specific requirements. EasyHotspot nano is not responible for the system to work on every computer, operating system or browser.

Termination

EasyHotspot nano has the right (though not the obligation) to, in EasyHotspot nano’s sole discretion refuse or remove any content that, in EasyHotspot nano’s reasonable opinion, violates any EasyHotspot nano policy or is in any way harmful or objectionable, or terminate or deny access to and use of the Website to any individual or entity for any reason, in EasyHotspot nano’s sole discretion.

EasyHotspot nano may terminate your access to all or any part of the Website at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, effective immediately. You as an EasyHotspot nano user agree to not use our service for any kind of illegal or unauthorized purpose or activity. You agree that EasyHotspot nano and affiliates will not be liable for any demand, claims, direct or indirect actions or any other legal process as a result of illegal or unauthorized action or any other act from breaching these Terms and Conditions by the user.

You understand and agree that EasyHotspot nano cannot and does not guarantee that the service is always available, uninterrupted, secure, error free and any errors will be corrected.
